The science behind Big Hits!

Not an american football fan myself as I am a rugby player but after watching this I have much more respect for the players of this game. Also the wipe out by the presenter is pure comedy gold. 'Thats exactly the same as getting hit by a running bull'.

    Those guys to wear more padding than rugby players though. So, maybe they are able to take more of a beating.

    yeah i think because of the "armor" that football players wear, they feel like they can hit with full force. rugby would be deadly if you hit someone full force shoulder to stomach running full speed, right?
